Why are we building LabNode?

Dr. Naveen Kumar Dhondi is a Ph.D. chemist and visionary leader with 20+ years of research, scientific innovation, and business development experience across pharmaceuticals, advanced materials, and contract R&D services. As the Founder & CEO of Labnode.co, he combines deep scientific expertise with strategic leadership to help research-driven companies accelerate discovery and development through tailored CRO/CDMO solutions.

Dr. Dhondi's work spans synthetic chemistry, drug discovery research, and applied materials science, with a proven record of translating complex scientific challenges into practical, high-impact outcomes for industry partners.

Before founding Labnode.co, Dr. Dhondi held senior research and strategy roles where he led multidisciplinary teams in designing and executing cutting-edge projects, fostering collaborations between scientific and commercial stakeholders. His career reflects both rigorous research achievements—including advanced studies in chemistry and innovation in LNP/advanced materials—and business growth leadership in the CRO/CDMO ecosystem, positioning him as a respected expert at the interface of science and industry.
